Refunds & Returns Policy

At Food Court Famous, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with returns, exchanges, and refunds under the terms below.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn and unused.
- Be unwashed.
- Be in its original condition.
- Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or other signs of wear.
Items that do not qualify for returns include:
- Washed or worn apparel.
- Sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.
- Custom or personalized products, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Food Court Famous reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Returns should be sent directly to our business return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Food Court Famous is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
You may choose one of the following:
- Refund to your original payment method.
- Store credit.
- Exchange for another eligible item.
Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for refunded funds to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for eligible items, including exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to product availability.
If your requested size or color is unavailable, you may choose store credit or a refund (if otherwise eligible).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Food Court Famous will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
Custom & Personalized Products
Because custom and personalized products are made specifically for you, they are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Free Shipping Orders
If your order originally qualified for free shipping and you return part or all of the order, the original shipping cost incurred by Food Court Famous may be deducted from your refund if the return causes the order to no longer qualify for free shipping.
Lost Packages
If your package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, Food Court Famous will ship a replacement order at no additional cost.
International Orders
At this time, Food Court Famous ships only within the United States. International shipping and international returns are not currently available.
